Hi Farrukh,
Nice to see your Blog. Sharp concise and creatively done. Keep it up.
People call me Abraham. It has been barely 45 days since i landed in Qatar. Being a copywriter myself i am in a cultural shock. I believe you know, why? There’s hardly any serious copywriting happening here. I am simply stagnating here. As a copywriter yourself you can relate with me. By now you would have guessed as to what i am trying to hint at.
A few good leads in Dubai for a copy position with 3 years of experience in print media.
Please it’s a request.
Abraham as usual
Dear Abraham as usual,
Life in Dubai will surely be more interesting than in Qatar. And since you have already survived the cultural shock, what you feel in Dubai will be mild.
Of course, you’d have to appreciate and understand the cultural and market sensibilities like any other place even in the UAE.
Most of the top ad networks are here in the UAE - and they’re all available online I’d think. So go ahead and apply.

Yes life in Dubai is more interesting than in Qatar for advertising types.
Understanding the cultural and market sensibilities? Of who the Indians, Iranians, UAE’s, Westerners?
